Booking a tour from our site? Do it on the tour page.
Every tour page has its own dates, prices and booking request form. Use it, and your request reaches us with the right tour, date and accommodation already filled in.
Write to us here when you want a private program made for you, when you travel as a group, or when you have a question the tour pages do not answer.
How a booking works: you send a booking request, we reply with a confirmation and a payment link, and your place is booked only when the deposit is paid. Bookings are made in writing only, by the form on the tour page or by email, never by phone.

Getting in touch
Can I book by phone or WhatsApp?
No. Call or write on WhatsApp with any question, but bookings are made only in writing: by the booking request form on the tour page or by email. That way nothing gets lost and you have every detail in writing.
I have not received an answer. What should I do?
We usually answer within 24 hours, in our office hours. If you hear nothing, please check your spam folder, then write to contact@discoverdanubedelta.com or send us a WhatsApp message.
Where do we meet on the day of the trip?
All our boat trips and tours start from the passenger pontoon inside Port Tulcea Aval, Intrarea Marmurei 3, Tulcea. It is not the public harbour in the town centre. The boarding point page takes you there step by step, with GPS.
Can you make a private program only for us?
Yes. Tell us when you want to come, how many you are and what you would like to see or do, and we send you a proposal. Our private trips and tours are also on the site, with prices, under Day Trips, Birdwatching Tours and Photo Tours.
